We believe that movement is crucial to our wellbeing, but how you move is just as important.

Our mission is to help you become a conscientious mover by creating a connection between mind and body where, through breath, awareness, and precision, we create and set intention to our movements.

In a world where people have grown incredibly disconnected from themselves and their surroundings take a moment to reconnect with yourself and move. Move free of judgement and worry, to challenge yourself, to learn, and to grow at your own pace. In our space find a moment of respite from the distractions and concerns of your daily life, taking an hour to focus on you and to find yourself in movement.

We opened the studio in 2021 while still reeling from the global pandemic and aimed to create a space that was not just safe and welcoming but created room for community. A space where people would come together to move, feel good and connect not just with their own bodies but with one another after so much time spent disconnected.
