ATTENDANCE POLICY

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to class to a lot yourself enough time to get ready.

If you anticipate being late please email heythere@studiosevenseven.com

Out of respect for our clients, instructors, and your safety there is no admittance after 5 minutes of the scheduled class time. If you are not present by the class start time your spot will be released to the next person on the waitlist.

If you are denied entry due to lateness, you may attend a later class on standby.

WAITLIST

When a class is full, you can book yourself onto the waitlist. If you are on the waitlist expect to be in the class. Students will be placed into the class up to 12 hours prior to the start of class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Life can be unpredictable, we get that. Sometimes plans change.

Out of fairness to all of our clients Studio Seven Seven has a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. Students are allowed to cancel any group class bookings up to 12 hours prior to the class. Any cancellations after are subject to a $20 late cancellation fee. If the reservation is missed, the student will be charged in full for the class or lose 1 class credit from any packages.

For Private Sessions, there is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. There is a 15 minute grace period.

Any lateness 15 minutes after the scheduled start time results in the loss of private credit, or full charge for the session, and access to that session.

You will lose a private pack credit or be charged for a full private session if any changes in reservation or cancellations take place within 12 hours of the start time.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.

Refunds will be issued in case of a merchant processing software error, or if Studio Seven Seven incorrectly processes a sale on the client's behalf.

All return requests must be submitted in writing to heythere@studiosevenseven.com within 7 days of the sale date.

INJURY

Studio Seven Seven instructors are movement professionals but not medically trained. For your safety, you are required to inform your instructor of any injuries or ailments that may affect your pilates experience.

All instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons.

PREGNANCY

Every birthing person’s experience of pregnancy is unique. Our class programs aim to accommodate all birthing folx, allowing them to move during and after their pregnancy.

Pre-natal folxs must inform instructors of their pregnancy.

First Trimester: Birthing folx are allowed to take all classes except Jump and Power.

Second + Third Trimester: Birthing folx must take a Pre-natal Modifications Private. They are then permitted to take Reset, Refine (up to 2nd trimester), and Private Sessions.

Post-natal clients must have clearance from their medical professional to return to pilates. We encourage all post-natal folx to take a private session in order to assess any changes that may have occurred later in the pregnancy or after birth.

ATTIRE

Must wear clean and appropriate workout attire.

For hygiene purposes we require socks. Grippy socks encouraged.

LOST PROPERTY

Although we do our best to look after your belongings, Studio Seven Seven is not responsible for any personal lost or stolen items.

PETS

Pets are not permitted in any Studio Seven Seven studios with the exception of service animals that have presented paperwork to Studio Seven Seven management or staff.

CHILDREN

For safety reasons children under the age of 14 are not permitted in group classes. Children 14 or older may take class with the written consent of a parent or guardian.

For safety reasons any child 16 or younger may not wait unattended either in the studio or lobby area.

ETIQUETTE

There is zero tolerance for any rude, discriminatory, or aggressive behavior towards Studio Seven Seven staff members or students. Any of these behaviors may result in the suspension of studio access.
