With just seven reformers in our class you get an intimate and attentive class coupled with the vibrancy of group class energy. We also offer six signature classes that vary in level and intensity, so you have options to match your mood for that day!

Eucalyptus + Lavender
Press the reset button and take a deep, calming breath rooting you in the now. Give your body and mind a little TLC as we guide you through decadent stretches and expansive breathwork helping you let go of tension.
All Levels.

Bergamot + Frankincense
Grounding and steady, this is the perfect class for the newbies. Take your time getting acquainted with the practice and terminology as we break down foundational exercises to make you feel stronger with every breath you take.
Beginners.
No previous experience required.

Ylang Ylang + Sea Salt
Like the ocean tide, each exercise flows into the next in this open level class. With an extra focus on form and stability to create strength and realign the body, this class is good for beginners and die-hards alike.

Peppermint + Hinoki Cypress
Invigorating and sweaty like a brisk hike in the woods. This class will challenge balance, coordination and leave you breathing a little heavier.
But wow that view is worth it.

Energizing with a kick, this class is not for the faint of heart. Combining HIT elements with the precision of Pilates you’ll feel this everywhere and will remember us for the next few days.

Saffron + Sage Brush
Sweet and fun, elevate your heart rate as you catch some serious air in this cardio based Pilates class. Using the jumpboard this class will challenge your endurance and coordination. You’ll leave class with shaky legs and a light heart.
Intermediate.

Not reccomended for lower body injuries.

Green Tea + Spearmint
Like a quick dip in the ocean followed by a nice cup of coffee, this thirty minute class is refreshing, revitalizing, and quick for those days you need to get in and get out. A nice wake up call to get you through a slow morning or a midday slump.

Nothing beats a class that is all about you. We offer both private reformer sessions at our home studio or private mat sessions at the location of your choice. For both you get a program that is tailored specifically to your needs and goals, be it dipping your toes to try pilates out, fine tuning your technique, or working with an injury – we’ve got it covered!

There is nothing quite like a one on one experience. In these private sessions you will receive a personalized approach tailored specifically to your goals, utilizing the Reformer and Cadillac. Ideal for clients new to pilates, those working towards a specific goal, rehabilitating, or managing an injury.

Motherhood is full of wonderful moments but it can also be nerve-wracking and overwhelming as the body changes.
For your safety, and the safety of the baby, this class is required for any birthing person in their second and third trimester in order to learn modifications for group classes so that you and your baby reap the benefits of movement and exercise while giving you the peace of mind that you are moving safely.
There are restrictions to what classes you may take while in your second and third trimester. For any clarifications refer to our Terms & Policies page or ask a STUDIO SEVEN SEVEN staff member.
